We are based in Hucknall, Nottingham, and regularly serve customers from across the East Midlands including Sheffield, Mansfield, Loughborough, and Derby. Customers have travelled from further afield due to our specialist expertise.
We source top-quality components from trusted brands including Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens, and Continental VDO. We also hold vast stocks of spare parts dating from the 1950s right through to current day, so we can often source hard-to-find parts quickly.
The fuel injection system controls how diesel is pumped into your engine. If it is not working correctly, your vehicle may underperform, consume more fuel than usual, produce excess smoke, or fail an MOT emissions test. Getting it diagnosed and repaired by specialists is important for both performance and economy.
We offer a comprehensive range of fuel injection services including testing, diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements. We use state-of-the-art test benches to carry out fuel pump and injector flow tests on both diesel and common rail systems. We can machine test and recalibrate fuel pumps and injectors to manufacturer’s specification entirely in-house.
Common signs include reduced engine performance, poor fuel economy, excessive smoke from the exhaust, rough idling, difficulty starting, or a failed MOT emissions test. If you notice any of these, it is worth having your fuel injection system tested by our specialists.
Engine remapping (also known as chip tuning or ECU remapping) involves altering the software settings in your vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) to optimise performance beyond the manufacturer’s default settings — without making any mechanical changes. It can improve power, torque, fuel efficiency, and throttle response.
A remap can improve power output, enhance handling, increase fuel efficiency, lower fuel consumption, and optimise your vehicle’s software so it runs to its full potential rather than being limited to the conservative factory settings. Results vary depending on the vehicle, but many customers see noticeable improvements in both performance and economy.
Yes, when carried out by qualified specialists. Before starting any remap, we thoroughly examine your car, engine, and ECU to ensure all improvements remain well within the original design parameters and safe operating thresholds. We use rolling road-tested software to ensure reliable, proven results.
Yes — any modification to your vehicle, including an ECU remap, should be declared to your insurance provider. Failure to do so could invalidate your policy. We recommend contacting your insurer before proceeding with a remap. Call us on 0115 963 7300 if you have questions about the process.
Our diagnostic checks use the latest dealer-level equipment to carry out a comprehensive analysis of your diesel vehicle. We cover everything from electrical faults to full engine faults. Once we have identified the issue, we will talk you through the findings and discuss what work is needed before carrying out any repairs.

AdBlue is the trade name for a diesel exhaust fluid — a mixture of urea and deionised water stored in a separate tank from the fuel. When the engine is running, small amounts of AdBlue are injected into the exhaust system, converting harmful NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.
We can diagnose and repair AdBlue system faults, reconfigure and reset the system using dealer-level equipment, and provide software solutions for vehicles that will not run due to an empty AdBlue tank. If your AdBlue warning light is on or your vehicle has entered limp mode, contact us as soon as possible.
Yes. We can repair, regenerate, or modify your Diesel Particulate Filter to keep your engine running smoothly. A blocked DPF is a common cause of reduced performance and warning lights. Our specialist equipment allows us to carry out forced regeneration or more advanced DPF repairs as required.
Common signs of a blocked or failing DPF include a DPF warning light on the dashboard, reduced engine power (limp mode), increased fuel consumption, a strong smell of exhaust fumes, and the engine taking longer to warm up. If you notice these symptoms, bring your vehicle to us before the problem worsens.
